POWER

Saturn has long carried a reputation.

With Saturn transits often spoken about like storms to endure or seasons of challenging hardship–no wonder people have learned to fear it.

And while there’s truth in the weight Saturn brings, when we name a planet malevolent, we unconsciously create fear and separation from the true power it holds.

We brace for impact instead of learning to partner with its lessons.

Saturn is not here to punish.

It’s here to fortify.

It’s not an energy to be feared.

But an energy to be respected.

Where a planet like Jupiter brings expansion and gifts for our leaps of faith, Saturn brings strength and wisdom through the long road–showing up, staying in and doing the work.

Saturn holds the energy of “you get what you put in”.

It rewards long-term effort, short-term sacrifice, steady commitment, personal accountability and responsibility.

With Saturn, nothing is handed over without intention.

Saturn doesn’t simply give you what you want, it shapes you, prepares you and builds your capacity to hold what you’re asking for. It asks what you’re willing to give, face and become in order to grow and sustain what you desire.

Saturn requires you to take full responsibility–for your energy, your choices and the life you want.

It demands integrity, sustained effort and sacrifice in service of something more true, mature and evolved.

So yes, growing with Saturn can come with periods of temporary discomfort and restriction–because it asks you to shed old patterns, build inner strength and hold yourself accountable in ways you never have before.

But what it gives you in return is unshakeable self trust.

Saturn teaches us that what is earned is lasting.

That discipline is devotion.

That maturity is magic.

Saturn is asking:

Where are you being called to get serious–not in fear, but in love for the future you’re creating? Where in your life are you being invited to build real foundations–ones that last?

How deeply do you desire this growth–not just in words, but in action? What would it look like to honor this growth with consistent devotion, even on the days it feels hard or slow?

What part of you wants to give up at the first setback? Where can you build discipline that feels loving, not punishing?

This is not punishment–it’s preparation.

Saturn is watching closely, honoring the soul’s commitment to grow, to rise, to evolve.

And in return, it offers the kind of embodied mastery that can only be earned.

A REBIRTH OF RESPONSIBILITY

Aries say go... Saturn says in divine timing.

Aries says now... Saturn says build first, results later.

Aries says me first... Saturn says be responsible for yourself first.

Together they teach–

Your instincts are potent, but they need structure.

Your fire is powerful, but it needs direction.

This is a core teaching of Saturn in Aries…

You must build self responsibility and intentional time around your urgency.

This transit will confront the parts of you that act impulsively, recklessly or from wounded urgency.

The parts that chase the next thing, leap without grounding or mistake adrenaline for alignment.

Saturn doesn’t shut down your urgency–it teaches you how to hold it with strength.

To feel the fire, and move with intention.

It’s not about denying your instincts, it’s about creating the inner structure to support them.

Channeling Aries’ flames through Saturn’s mastery so that you’re not just creating movement–but generating embodied, aligned momentum.

Under this transit you are being shaped into someone who can…

Feel the weight of greater responsibility, and rise to meet it

Pause when needed, staying present with discomfort without reacting

Choose aligned action over reactive impulse, considering the ripple effect consequences of your choices

Transform unconscious chaos into conscious clarity to move from wounded urgency to embodied, intuitive purpose

This is the balance Saturn in Aries invites:

• Embodying initiative with steadiness

• Holding direction with devotion

• Leading yourself with strength and self respect

With your inner foundation rooted in truth & self trust, movement becomes more meaningful.

This transit isn’t about extinguishing your fire, it’s about channeling it.

Saturn in Aries asks you to bring discipline to your drive, impact to your passion and structure to your self leadership.

Aries dares. Saturn devotes.

Aries sparks the flame, Saturn shapes its purpose.

Together, they ask: will you rise to meet your becoming?

How can I temper by fire into focused purpose–so that it fuels expansion, not burnout?

Where am I still waiting for permission to begin? If I could trust that slowing down would actually move me further–what would I do differently today?

INNER MASCULINE EMBODIMENT: THE SACRED STRUCTURE

Saturn represents the sacred inner masculine—the part of you that provides structure, protection, and grounded leadership. The archetype that says “I’ve got you”, and means it by backing it up with action.

Saturn teaches you how to stay when every part of you wants to run.

He holds the container so your soul can safely expand within.

For the inner feminine to truly thrive—to freely flow, create, trust, express and feel—she must be held by a solid, rooted inner framework.

Saturn asks:

Can you parent yourself?

Can you become the one who shows up, stays steady and builds the foundation your feminine essence can dance upon?

At its core, Saturn teaches maturity—not just age through the passage of time, but energetic adulthood.

This maturation means learning to choose your values over your temporary feelings and impulses.

The child does what feels good in the moment.

The adult does what is aligned in the long term,

even when that brings short term discomfort.

Saturn in Aries will test your follow through.

Not as a tactic of manipulation or control, but to refine you to sacrifice fleeting comfort in devotion to lasting integrity and soul evolution.

Saturn is the guardian of wisdom, earned through presence and endurance.

With Saturn in Aries, your ability to manifest depends on your ability to stay with reality—with what is.

It strips away the fantasy, leaving only what’s real—so your authentic essence can finally be unleashed.

Do I like where I am, how I’m living and the direction of my life, my patterns, my path? What kind of life could I build from that kind of consistency and self honoring?

SATURN IN THE SOUL BLUEPRINT: WHERE GROWTH IS REQUIRED

In your natal chart, Saturn marks a soul growth point.

It’s often where you feel restricted, challenged, or slow to develop—not because you’re failing, but because you’re learning something sacred.

The house and sign Saturn falls in is an area of potential your soul has not fully learned (earned).

As you dedicate yourself to the lessons of your Saturn placement, you find a kind of strength that lasts a lifetime.

When you commit to this area with focus and responsibility, you unlock:

Mastery built for longevity

Soul aligned success

Long term empowerment that endures

Inner stability grounded in integrity

This is the Saturn work.

Not instant. Not easy.

But real, lasting and transformational.

This transit is a call to grow up–not in an abrasive way, but in a way that builds power, peace and integrated progress.

Saturn in Aries reveals what is no longer working.

It exposes outdated habits, unsustainable systems and the parts of your life that lack structure or accountability—inviting you to confront misalignments and take on new responsibilities that ultimately help you grow.

While the work may feel intense at times—frustration with your own patterns, being stretched by new demands or facing what you’ve avoided—by the time this transit is complete (if you choose to meet it with intention), you’ll walk away with a new, more secure foundation.

This is Saturn’s initiation process.

And it always, always builds you stronger.

SATURN IN YOUR BIRTH CHART

Open up your natal chart:

Go to Astro.Seek.com > Birth Chart

Enter your birth date, exact time and location > Calculate Chart

Find the ♄ (Saturn) symbol in your birth chart

Locate the house placement of Saturn in Aries in your personal chart to decode where its energy is activating you

Even if you’re not having your Saturn Return in Aries, this Saturn transit is still offering you an invitation to level up with intention…

Look to the house that Aries lives in in your birth chart. When you are in alignment, you may experience Saturn transits as a profound deepening. When you are out of alignment, the universe will lovingly, but not so subtly, redirect you. This is never about punishment–it’s always about purpose. What you build under Saturn’s guidance is destined to last.

When it gets tough, it is not the time to give up, but the time to get real and show up more fully. This isn’t just another transit–it’s an initiation. Over the next two to three years, you’ll be called to lead yourself, take bolder and more aligned action and authentically own your life.

Saturn in Aries is not about comfort, it’s a journey of becoming. It’s about building a self, rooted deeply in soul through direct experience, disciplined action and fierce truth.

This is a journey of transformation–not instant, not effortless–but profound, and lasting.

In part 2 we will journey into the specific lessons and gifts of your first Saturn return in Aries, the ultimate karmic initiation into your most sovereign, radiant self.

Moon Medicine Series

Part 3: The Embodied Moon

The Inner Sky

Astrology as a Tool for Empowered Healing

You’ve learned a lot so far, and I’m sure you’re itching to understand how all of this applies specifically to you and your Moon sign.

Before we dive in, I want to take a moment to explain the way I approach astrology because it will help you navigate the next portion of this journey with a deeper sense of clarity and understanding.

I teach astrology as a spectrum. There isn’t a fixed, one size fits all way that any energy is expressed. Instead, each placement represents a sliding scale of possibilities – ranging from conscious, empowered expressions to unconscious, wounded ones. I call these the high road and the low road.

This perspective is important because it helps us develop self awareness, allowing us to recognize when we’re showing up in lower expressions of our Moon sign, and how to consciously shift toward embodying the higher, more healed versions of those energies.

Astrology is a tool for empowerment. It’s not about perfection, judgment or fixing what’s broken, but recognizing and accepting the full range of who you are while gently working with the parts that need healing to embody a more aligned, empowered, conscious version of yourself. Remember, true inner safety and liberation come from loving and accepting of all parts of ourselves, even the ones that have learned to hide in the shadows. By embracing this approach, you can cultivate greater inner unity, wholeness and true healing.

“Forgetting was survival, remembering is revolution.”

As you explore your Moon sign, remember that astrology is layered, and no single placement defines you. If something doesn’t fully resonate, other parts of your chart may be amplifying or softening certain aspects of your Moon, or simply reflecting to you where there’s room to grow here.

Trust that you’re meeting this insight at the exact moment you’re meant to, and that embodiment is a journey, not a destination.

“Astrology is either an invitation to grow and evolve, or confirmation that you are on the right path.”

Reading your Moon Sign

Below, you’ll connect to your Moon sign to explore your unique emotional landscape and how you can align with it to better meet your emotional needs by recognizing outdated emotional patterns (low road expressions) and learning how you can step into the healing energy (high road expressions) to find more inner peace and alignment.

I’ve designed this part to be simple, digestible and easy to apply to your everyday life.

My hope is that this sparks deeper curiosity and connection to your emotional truth, leading you to continue your journey of exploring the depth and nuance of your moon placement.

You can find more moon medicine resources and free healing content on my Instagram, or we can go deeper together in a 1:1 healing session.

Open up your birth chart:

Go to Astro-Seek.com > Birth Chart

Enter your birth date, exact time & location > Calculate Chart

Find the ☽ (Moon) symbol in your birth chart

Read for your Moon sign & house placement below

When these core needs go unmet, the result is a lack of internal safety - what we commonly experience as anxiety.

Whether you experience chronic anxiety or anxious moments from time to time, what that feeling really is, is an internal signal telling you that life is not safe ‘out there’ - which reflects a deeper truth: that we don’t feel safe inside ourselves.

I believe that the root of our anxious states as adults are rooted in our earliest experience of feeling emotionally unsafe.

Common Triggers of Anxiety:

Fear of rejection or abandonment

Sudden change or instability

Conflict in relationships

Financial insecurity

Social pressures or expectations

Feeling excluded or like you don’t belong

Without a strong sense of internal security, these experiences can feel like direct threats to your survival, triggering deep emotional responses that stem from early unmet needs.

The first step to healing is recognizing this tie from your present day anxiety to experiences of the past.

The guided healing practice in Part 3 will help you explore this in more depth.

Once you’ve made this conscious connection and hold the desire to feel safe within yourself and the world again, you can turn to the Moon - calling on the Sacred Inner Mother archetype that exists within all of us.

This inherent part of you is a source of instinctual wisdom which intuitively knows how to nurture, protect and sustain life.

Like a mother’s intuition - it doesn’t need instructions, because it follows instinct.
